    An interesting email I just received from an old vet:

    his message is for the old tribes players in the old BEML. This is Zahadoom announcing a new game named legions at www.instantaction.com.     Loaded it up, and it is... what can I say? A re-emergence of a style of game that SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DROPPED :mad:

    Very clean interface.. haven't played it PvP yet, but simply jetted around a bit to get a feel.

    It is free.. for now. :)

    I've played the IA game for about 7 or 8 months off and on. It just is not Tribes. Too easy to ski, very little in the way of pure 'skill' also. To me, it's like the GoBots going up against the Transformers.
