Web site question.

I'm looking for a package of scripts or something along with a forum that's like this site.

I need a front end page for news and what not and a forum. What I'm planing is suggesting that the union I belong to use that instead of this piece of crap... www.ibewlu126.com

I know VbBulletin is has lots of scripts and mods for a front end like this site but I need something free so I can set something up and present it to the guys at the hall. I don't want to pay for Vb only for it to not work out.

At the last meeting guys where saying they wanted the site to be updated more and mainly cause they wanted updates on the storms and if we where getting sent anywhere in the country to help bring city's power back up. Speaking of which I almost got sent north to the Mass. or Main area. But we didn't get the finale green light to go up.

Yeah! Thanks Hamma! Me love you long time. That cosmosui site looks nice. An other Marsman and Gryphon creation? I might play around with Wordpress a bit cause I can make one just to show the board and it won't cost me anything.

All the site would need is a news page and a few other pages like, how to become a member, where the meetings are, maybe a picture page. And I'd like to get a forum going too maybe.

Most of all it would have to be easy to maintain cause they're old lineman that now have desk jobs. hehe If they can't fix it by beating it with a hammer they don't want to bother. Well, figuratively speaking.
