World's Best Resignation Letter

I've always thought the system admins were the ones with the most power in a company.

It's like messing with the medic in the army.. you don't want to be on the bad side of the person who's in charge of the medication.

As much as we would like to say such things.

 

An old friend of mine, at a company we all ended up leaving, left the funniest resignation letter I have ever seen. First, let me sum up the company so you can appreciate this...

At my exit interview, I was asked why I was leaving. It was simple, I was hired, as a recent grad, to do a certain job for a year, get my feet wet and then move on. I did it too well and my "replacement" was moved into the job I wanted and I was given a raise and an "atta boy" to keep me happy.

All this I explained. The HR rep wrote down, as I read it, "Commute too long".

His resignation letter was similar to the link, but with one addition. Linked into the MS Word document, so that it fired off the moment you opened the document was a single Monty Python WAV file... and the moment HR opened it, and forgot to turn their speakers down, you heard...

"PLEASE FONDLE MY BUM!"
