    I think he was WTF'ing about the dog trial. Let me find some links.

    Ok here is a link to today's news about it. The state supreme court has OK'd the destuction of the second dog. They put the other one to death a few days after it ate the lady.

    Dogs eat people all the time. Mostly it's when the owner dies and the dog goes unfed for a few days and then they eat the corpse. Not often do you get something as strange as this though.

    Then if you want to lose a few pounds stop eating cow and eat more chicken. :) Oh and cut it down to two meals a day.

    I have been doing that. I try to only eat cow a few times a week. I really hate chicken, so I don't eat it. Lot's of Turkey though.

    I also cut out the large breakfasts I used to eat and now just have a begle.

    Hmm hamburger is the sworn enemy of all that wish to lose weight. If you stop eating out and make your own food not only will you cut out a lot of fast food fat but also save some cash. A baked potato is a great snack.

    I get the potatoe at least once a week, but mostly I get the Turkey Club. Red meat is for week ends now.

    I eat lots of pasta at home. I love that stuff.

    Pasta's not good Dane. Pasta has high carbohydrates. You don't wont to have less carbs.

    Salads are a great choice. Fruits are good snacks. Of course you need to eat some meet once a day. Just cut down a little bit be a bit more active and you'll start to loss the urge to eat and have more energy. You'll feel great. :D
