    Who knows.. that isn't what matters to me. What matters is the fact that the cops beat his ass without just cause.

    Are you indicating that it is okay to beat the crap out of someone because they have committed a crime? That would make us no better than them and in this case it is barbaric

    There is no gray area in this case. Watch the video footage and see what they put him through. This was simple brutality. If I jump in your face and talk all sorts of shit to you over a period of time I'm sure you will get tired of it and take action. Why should this be any different?

    trying to oversimplying complex situations with simple solutions gets nobody nowhere real fast. sure you angry, pissed off, upset to the 9 hells and railing against the gods about what happened, but what are you REALLY doing about the situation?

    you're raising the publics awareness, maybe their outrage but in the end does it really change anything unless this is a cause that makes headlines and people get behind it 100%.

    i'm guessing it made headlines somewhere unless it happened in you're hometown, but because if the situation as it now stands in these united states of america, it don't got no press.........that in itself is sad and altogether another topic unto itself, but we are talking about ONE individual that was thoroughly worked over and portrayed in a very bad light because of the video evidence..........but thats really not the question being asked here, the real question is whether or not the sordid behavior demostrated by our own law enforcement officers is justified in obtaining information be it legally or illegaly, veracity notwithstanding

    Look your missing the point. We are a civil nation. We pride ourselves on our civilness.

    I know not what he did to deserve to be questioned but I do know that he was not questioned.. he was interigated! You must realize the emotional status of someone in his position. Humans lack many instincts yet we still have some. One of them is defence. Like a dog, when you are backed in a corner you will only stay there soo long before you strike.

    He was put in this corner in an emotional state and constantly bombarded with INSULTS that had NOTHING to do with his crime. PURE insults made up to piss him off and it was working. But the COP was getting mad to because this guy wasn't breaking. So the COP goes right up to his face and takes a picture with a flash at pointblank range. Basically blinds the kid.

    What does this guy in a corner do in return? DEFENDS HIMSELF! He swats the camera away. NOTHING MORE. What happens to him for that? He gets punched in the face and slammed around causing him to suffer a broken rib and nerve damage in his hand.

    RIBS don't break easy.. if you think about it.. it is pretty hard to break a rib from falling on the ground. Of course if someone helps you by fucking you up and sticking their knee in your back I'm sure that would help.
