    Your attitude reminds me those who doubt my power.

    I'd be sitting with my wife at my aunts house and my wife would say something and I would look at her and say "That's not gonna happen". Then my aunt and.. ugh... I guess my uncle would look at me and laugh saying "Yeah that's what you say now".

    Ofcourse I am a pretty laid back husband and I don't try to rule my life but she knows when I say "That's not gonna happen" it means THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN and she knows she'll be in a world of shit if it does.

    Basically when I say no it means no and if I say something is not going to happen then I'll make sure it doesn't.

    I plan to build myself a shelve that runs along the walls about a foot and a half below the ceiling to make sure my daughter doesn't play with my collection. If she wants to see one then I may pull one down and let her look at it. If a child has seen and touched something they are less likely to go trying to get it because they already have had it.

    Did I also mention that this will be in my command room (Computer room).

    If she wants to see a transformer I will show it to her and use my superior intelec to make her see that it is not as interesting as the toys I buy her and she will agree.

    She's just a child. If she is able to touch the transformer and study it she will be less interested in messing with it latter. I have to phycotherapists for parents. I know how crazy people think... and if I understand their thought patterns I'm sure a childs will be childs play :)

    (Mental note: Avoid stackable fisherprice toys)

    What if she's the Tom-Boy type and likes the Transformers becuase that's what Daddy likes? Then her barbies won't be that interesting.
