    Image Ready usually comes with PS 5.5 or higher.
    Just open it, go to 'file' then down to 'Import' and select 'Folder as frames' (which is where the pics are at on yer pc)
    then click the 'optimized' tab on the window the pics are in, then 'save optimized as' whatever ya wanna name it....

    Then again, its easy to save stuff as .gifs in Flash too :)
