    What do the build slots mean? What benefits come from having more?

    I see where it is showing the used slots.... what "uses" a slot? a new research level, a new level of building?

    the more slots you have the more lvls of buildings you can construct

    Every upgraded level of a building takes 1 slot.

    So, if you have Metal 10, Crystal 10, Deut 7, Solar 13 for example, you'd be using 40 slots. 10+10+7+13.

    Part of the strategy that you need to use to plan out your planet.

    Not sure how I did it.. but I managed to get a Slot 11 planet with 163 fields. Go me!
