    Man Mani...that really sux....I would really think about beating down the police chief about this :twak:. They have to issue a ticket for insurance reasons (as you found out). There HAS to be someone at fault accident or no.

    All's I can say is Good luck

    yeah, if the cops don't issue a ticket, the insureace companies wont know when to rase your rates 10 fold!!

    I am not a sue happy person, but after my last traffic accident where the other driver was at fault. I learned a big lesson - get a lawyer and be an ass! That is all you can do these days - if your not the ass then they are and you get screwed. That is the way it works. A lawyer is your only choice for justice to be done when dealing with insurance companies.
