Problems setting up home network with switch - Any help appreciated

    Alright so I went and returned the switch and exchanged it for the Linksys BEFSR41 which I got hooked up today during lunch and everything works just great. All computers can access the internet and all computers can see one another and file/print share. Thanks everyone for the suggestions :love:

    Edit: It was $20 more but they gave me a $10 mail-in-rebate so it ended up only being $10 more then the first one I got. Score... :D

    That's basically the same thing I have.... (I got the BEFSR11 which is the 1 port router hooked up to an 8 port switch.) and It works great.

    I got a Dlink 614+ router. I like it. It has a 4 port switch, and 802.11b which is nice because I can take my laptop anywhere in the house and be online. It was like $100 :/
