    Ryan Miller forgot he was Ryan Miller last night. But, as good a game that was, the US better do something about puck posession in our end. Two goals the Canadians scored on us last night were the direct result of the lines being out there for more than a minute. The only soft goal he gave up was the Crosby goal.

    Marty Brodeur doesn't look like the Marty we all know and hate. He was off last night. Gave up more than his share of soft goals last night. I know that he doesn't have the D he has in New Jersey, but still he should have stopped the one shot where he didn't have his stick positioned right.

    I almost had to throw my hat down after Raffy got that shot in from the point. Badger product playing in one of the biggest tournaments in the world. Remind you of someone? Perhaps a Mr. Johnson? From Wisconsin? Perhaps 30 odd years ago? Notice a trend?

    Overall, I would give the US a grade of B+. They're not at their A game yet. But the tweaks they've done since their first game have given me hope of a medal coming home.
