Yep, I moved outta hell!!

At least, for me it sucked living there...mostly because of the extreme heat during the summer and the fact that there really is no real weather change. It still gets hot in Phoenix, even in the winter. So, I packed my bags and came back home. Oh, forgot to mention that fact that I am getting divorced too. Figured a change of scenery would do me good...I have to say, I actually do feel alive, now that I have experienced actual variations in seasons as opposed to, hot and hotter.

I live here now

So, instead of my 40 minute drives to work (one way), it is a leisurely two minute walk to work. No more nasty 2pm-10pm hours with mandatory overtime. Nice 9-5:30 (generally) hehehe
From the front porch of our apartment, you can see the house that I work in, ha! Both places, my work place and the apartment, are old Victorian style dwellings.

I can honestly say that I can still live the rest of my life without ever seeing the damn sun again.

 

Oh hey Warchilde. perhaps you remember me from tribes as well? This is Mtx. I moved to Tucson so i could come visit you in phoenix but sense you decided to move... artillery on your position!!!

How are you liking desert living? Turns out, I hated it.

 

Well I am an insomniac kinda person so no real problems with the sun here. To bad we never got to hangout.
