i used to work customer service representative on ***unknown***auto chain, on the phone lines, i had no probs talking with the ppl that called up, that was my problem so the bosses say, gotta keep that talk time down, but i didnt give a shit, i bullshitted with them alll the time, i figgered, whats a few minutes getting to know them so i can handle them better, and be more prepared to answer their questions honestly? i always told them the truth, cuz theres always some sucker that just needs to spend money on the CC no matter what you tell them.

Sense most Americans are already fat bastards I say we eliminate PE and replace it with some Tech classes. IE "How to work the DVD player" "How to use the remote" "Which plugs go where in your TV and sometimes your TV is cheap so there is no jack for that plug so stop looking for one you fucking moron!"
